REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled and refunded if they haven’t already been processed. Please email us at [email protected] if you wish to cancel your order and we will advise if we can do so, or if it is too late and the order has been processed.
Food products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty/broken on delivery. Please check your delivery carefully on arrival to ensure all items arrived in good condition. If any items are incorrect or have been damaged in transit then please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the delivery, via email [email protected] and we will evaluate the issue and correct it asap for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
We will not accept responsibility for parcels which are undelivered or misrouted due to the customer providing incomplete or incorrect address details. If a parcel cannot be delivered it will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt, we will provide a refund, excluding the original postage fee paid. If you still wish to receive your parcel, please reorder on our website, ensuring the correct address is provided and any delivery instructions added.
