Serve with your favourite Low FODMAP Fajita accompaniments
- Heat a large frying pan over a medium - high heat.
- Add the oil and chicken and cook until just golden.
- Add in the sliced peppers & the spice blend and stir to fully coat, add in a splash of water if it’s quite dry.
- Sizzle for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add in the spring onions and stir just before serving.
